An easy, flexible and efficient method of detection and dosage on oestrogenic activity’s endocrine disruptors

A potential endocrine disruptor is an exogenous substance or mixture that possesses properties that might be expected to lead to endocrine disruption in an intact organism, or its progeny, or (sub)populations.
What does OEDT detect?
A deep cellular TEST that targets specifically the oestrogen receptors. This protein is only able to link to natural oestrogen and/or eostrogen-like (synthetic or similar structure). Once complexed on those oestrogen molecules, the receptor becomes active and can fix to specific nucleotide sequences leeding to abnormal genes.
